Important Notice: Fraudulent Investment Solicitations Impersonating SFP

Symphony Financial Partners (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Symphony Financial Partners Co., Ltd. (collectively, “SFP” or “we”) have received reports of individuals impersonating our officers and employees to solicit investments through social media, messaging applications such as LINE, and online seminars. These activities are not authorized by or affiliated with SFP. 

SFP provides investment services to institutional and professional investors. We do not offer investment services to retail investors or solicit investments through social media or messaging applications. 

Although SFP maintains social media accounts, these are not used to solicit investments. The use of our name, logo, or the names or photographs of our officers and employees does not establish that an account, message or investment opportunity is genuine. 

If you receive a suspicious approach from anyone claiming to represent SFP: 

• Do not send money, transfer crypto-assets, or disclose personal information, banking details or identity documents. 

• Verify the approach independently by contacting SFP using the contact details published on our official website: https://symphony-fp.com.sg/. Do not rely on contact details or links supplied by the person approaching you. 

• If you have already transferred funds or disclosed sensitive information, contact your bank or relevant financial institution promptly and report the matter to your local police or law enforcement authorities. 

Existing investors who are unsure whether a communication is genuine should contact their usual SFP representative using contact details already known to them. 

Please remain vigilant against fraudulent investment solicitations.

Symphony Financial Partners (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.および株式会社シンフォニー・フィナンシャル・パートナーズ(以下総称して「SFP」)の役職員を騙り、SNS、LINE等のメッセージアプリ、オンラインセミナーを通じて投資を勧誘する行為が行われているとの情報が寄せられております。これらの行為は、SFPが認めたものではなく、SFPとは一切関係がございません。 

SFPは、機関投資家またはプロの投資家向けに投資サービスを提供しております。個人投資家向けの投資サービスの提供や、SNS・メッセージアプリを通じた投資勧誘は一切行っておりません。 

SFPはSNSアカウントを保有しておりますが、これらを投資勧誘に使用することは一切ございません。SFPの名称やロゴ、役職員の氏名や写真が使われていても、それだけでそのアカウント、メッセージまたは投資案件が本物であるとは限りません。 

SFPの関係者を名乗る者から不審な連絡を受けた場合は、以下の点にご注意ください。 

• 送金や暗号資産の送付、個人情報・口座情報・身分証明書の提供は決して行わないでください。 

• SFPの公式ウェブサイト（https://symphony-fp.com.sg/ ）に掲載されている連絡先を通じて、ご自身で真偽をご確認ください。勧誘者から案内された連絡先やリンクは使用しないでください。 

• すでに送金してしまった場合や重要な情報を伝えてしまった場合は、速やかにお取引先の銀行・金融機関にご連絡のうえ、お近くの警察または関係当局にご相談ください。 

既存の投資家の方で、連絡が本物かどうか判断がつかない場合は、普段ご利用の連絡先から、SFPの担当者にご確認ください。 

詐欺的な投資勧誘には十分ご注意ください。
